Worth every penny! I would recommend this to anyone who has a small company or works in IT. Even though I have the skill to do, it helps me manage my time running the business and knowing that they do a top notch job.

It works well but have some issues with not catching every movement. A delivery yesterday didn't show the person at all, just the truck leaving. That may be user error though.

This membership gives great value and information that helps me learn mora about Best Buy and their items that have helped me so much.

I think the membership as well worth the cost because the geek expires available whenever you need them and online support is excellent

Being able to get so many different discounts a day and the ability for anything happens to the items I buy like an Xbox elite controller I could have it repaired at Geek Squad. I love the Best Buy total membership and I would recommend it to anybody. Especially if you for instance, happen to buy a laptop there crack the screen they can repair it.

I’ve had the Totaltech membership for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer. The free 24/7 tech support and extended warranty on most purchases give me real peace of mind. I recently bought a MacBook and had a few questions — their support team was super helpful and patient. Also, getting free delivery and installation on certain items is a big plus. If you shop at Best Buy often or buy electronics regularly, I think it’s totally worth it. It’s like having tech experts on call whenever you need them!

This is the Best thing I have ever done. Geek Squad has been there for me through the past few years, I'm so glad I have them to service my Computer and to add anti-virus for me when needed. they do a thorough job of getting rid of anything that will damage my computer. And I am so glad they can do everything I can't do to keep my computer safe and sound. Have been hacked a few times, and they totally fixed the problem for me. Thank you Geek Squad

I am so glad I bought this plan because I now have to use it for other unplanned emergencies. Staff is very courteous and explains situation and recommendations thoroughly so that I can make the best decisions.

I have not really utilized the services available through the membership but if it really is as helpful as it seems to be, I am sure I will be delighted to have the ready answers when I have tech questions.

I had a great experience with a representative named Jordan who was truly gifted and had customer service as her work theme. I am pleased with the product which is so much faster than my old outdated system.
