In my opinion, this is a wise use of your money. The plan provides more than essential needs for protective services to the equipment. The Geek Squad knowledge, expertise, and availability of services is just great to have.

The Best Buy total membership provides me with lots of benefits, including extended warranties on items that I buy. In addition, I get discounts for items.

I have had to use this membership several times over the years, it has never let me down. Neither have the geek squad, especially after a recent transaction with. My turn around time was less that 24 hours and I am completely satisfied.

The best value I pay for yearly and always recommending to my friends that not only is Best Buy a great card to get but the total protect pays for itself and is always a great asset to have that covers everything you can want and also gives you that piece of mind.

Geek squad (the membership i bought), got rid of a virus on my computer that even McAfee could not. Well worth the price.

Initially I thought I wouldn't need ALL the services offered with Total Reward Membership. I utilized it twice and paid off my card. I became in need of Geek Squad and customer service for the online protection. It wasn't until the need that I was convinced this was a much needed and great purchase! I've had to utilize the service at the Best Buy store (Geek Squad). I have also called at 11pm @ night for online support services from the 24/7 customer care. I received the best customer service, patience and problem solving online late at night. The annual fee does seem slightly costly and I would prefer a lower price. If I do not utilize the services anymore for the next 9 months, the program has truly assisted me when in need the past 3 months. I paid nothing (or very little for parts) upfront/in the end of service because its included with the annual program fee.

My purchase of a yearly contract is great because one never knows what may happen. I live near Prescott and this is the only store near us. s a senior options are minable. Service is greatly appreciated.

I always get protection plans in my purchases, but this is a step above with member pricing and geek squad access it’s a great value.
