I always get protection plans in my purchases, but this is a step above with member pricing and geek squad access it’s a great value.

I have not had my membership long but so far everything has been smooth and team members at the store have been nice and helpful.

Great value, The biggest positive is the included product protection, which provides up to 24 months of Best Buy Protection or AppleCare+ on most new purchases while your membership is active, plus 24/7 Geek Squad tech support on all your devices.

Unlimited Geek squad support is fantastic. Our problems are always solved and very expeditiously.

I realized I still have this membership, as I understand, it helps cover services for repairs I may need. Especial technology stuff

Bought the membership on advice of my brother, who really liked it. Even if you don't buy your computers from Best Buy, as we didn't, they'll still do the data transfer. I had a question on my printer so I called the Geek Squad and got help which solved the issue. Happy so far!

Definitely i great idea to have. I use my laptop for business and i cant afford to pay a bunch of money to get it serviced when something happens. The membership comes with some services where i dont even have to pay. Very much worth it!

So far it's been very useful with my new laptop. Will be using it again soon!

Great price and peace of mind happy to spend my money

For everything that has come out of Best Buy’s stores over the last 10 year, it has become invaluable to all our electronic devices and appliances.

The Total Tech membership is a no-brainer. Just as in the previous years, the membership paid for itself quickly. I've built my own computer boxes for 35 yrs, but this most recent trip to Best Buy was for a total PC workstation re-build. The Geek Squad crew shined once again with superb customer care and followed my instructions. While at my final inspection sppointment, I felt sorry for the folks in line around me, who would be bringing in devices regularly, and paying more than they needed to without a Total Tech membership. In fact, on each visit to Best Buy, it seems to me Geek Squad has the lion's share of business. Pretty quiet elsewhere. Just my observation.

This was really like a last sec deal, was not planning on adding more to my purchase. Glad I did unfortunAtely i was having a really bad month when everything just wanted to break. God knows i dont make the money to fix everything. Just a good pleAce of mind.
