I signed up for Best Buy’s Total Membership and it has quickly paid for itself. The free 2-day shipping, exclusive discounts, and included protection plans give me peace of mind with every purchase. What I really appreciate is the tech support access—it’s great knowing I can get quick help whenever I need it. Add in the savings on installations and services, and it’s a no-brainer for anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly. Overall, the membership makes shopping easier, safer, and more rewarding. Highly recommend it if you want extra value and protection on all your tech.

The My Best Buy Total™ membership offers significant value for frequent shoppers and those who prioritize purchase protection and extended warranties. The unlimited Geek Squad protection alone can justify the annual fee for anyone who buys high-ticket items regularly. However, for casual shoppers or those who don’t buy electronics often, the membership may not be worth the cost.

Given the number of electronics in the house and how careless people can be sometimes, this has been great value for us. Geek Squad has also been able to steer us well AND when a fix isn't possible, have been able to find ways to mitigate.

Got a killer deal on a open box laptop and added the BB premium and it has been amazing and a peace of mind and also all electronics I buy moving forward get auto coverage from the membership and prime like 2 day shipping for online orders.

It was a very reasonable addition to the cost of having malicious malware/software removed from my laptop computer. I may not need to use it for this in the future, but it gives me peace of mind that if something goes wrong within the next year I won't have that inital/upfront cost to have it looked at and fixed. I haven't had a chance to read and find out the additional advantages/features/perks it offers; and even if I don't use any of them in the upcoming year it's worth the peace of mind it is giving me.

The GEEK SQUAD never disappoints us when we need them! Computer viruses are taken care of quickly and any other problems we’ve had with our computers or iPads have been sufficiently taken care of. The techs are awesome and very helpful.

I took the year total service plan because I moved from a 2015 laptop to a New one. I wanted to be able to get help as well as have a protection plan for a year. I have had to use the Geek Squad 2 times and am loving the help. If you are moving to a whole new system, the total protection plan is the way to go. Would recommend it.

We have enjoyed this membership because of their response to Helping in the home. Also, we have taken our computers several times to have them update or help with problems that we don’t quite understand. Also, when we have a possibility of an attack or spam, we can go in and be relieved after they have gone through our computers.

This is a very good membership and worth the money. It covers all your devices. Its like a extended warranty which covers all your devices in a single plan and many other perks. I was able to price match the products which i already bought because of this membership.

One of the best memberships. It was confusing at first bc I thought it was one price for 2 years. I think they should try to word that differently. But it’s a great membership. The help, and guarantee that comes with it makes it worth it.

Still havent used the Total Membership as of yet. I replaced the $49.99 plan with th upgraded plan because the BB requirement of having the upgraded version for data and file transfers of my new Windows 11 computer.

I really like this membership as it allows you to get warranties and gives you a long time to pay on card with no interest. I can pay things off faster and get other things I need that come up and not worry if I can't pay it right then.

This membership is hooked to outsourced intervention, (re: South America ) in my case, and is extremely hard, and nearly impossible, to be placed in touch with the service agent that was originally hands on with my phone assessment, at Best Buy in Leominster Massachusetts. I paid for the membership thinking it would be a great access to, hands on, technical assistance. You can't just simply call the Leominster store. And the two persons, I spoke with on the phone recently to attempt making contact, actually lied to me about access. I had called to inquire about fake emails I am receiving from outside sources with exactly the amount I paid for my membership demanding 2 year payment for the exact amount I Paid. SO IT IS OBVIOUS BEST BUY IS SHARING OUR INFORMATION with secondary outsourcing. I am disappointed and am reporting this to the Federal Government for fraud.

Service pays for itself. I received the new sale price, which allowed me to purchase a new item and still save. Bonus my device are protected for the year. Not bad to have during the holidays and not to be bias Father's Day. hint.

This membership gives you the ability to have a full team of Geeks at your disposal. As well it allows you to price match items and save. For someone like me who already chooses at what I think are the best times, even I have saved almost a hundred in only 3 months!

Almost pays for itself if you have to have anything delivered installed returned or exchanged. Makes the process smoother and easier if they know you have Total. You might save enough if you have a few large purchases for the year.

This membership is a real value for anyone especially senior citizens. The Geek Squad is the best and I can depend on them for help. They've already helped in a big way in transferring photos from my old desk top to my new Lenovo Idea Pad and the cost was included in my membership. The membership was a wise decision on my part. My initial purchase was ordered on line with in store pick up of hard to find ink for my old printer. I then had a discussion with a sales person who will be helping me purchase a new lap top & printer, so I already bought a membership with Geek Squad support to set up everything when I make the next purchases very soon.

One of the best decisions my wife is happy with. Ha ha. This Total membership plan is a steal and has awesome perks. I am a card holder and Total Plus Member. These electronics will fail and its safe to have a warranty that will replace your product with a new one. Im happy with the decision I made. My electronics and T.V.'s are protected. Especially when you have little ones whonlike to throw things..
