Incredible value in my opinion. After getting enough tech to believe it was worth it, I no longer have to worry about my tech having issues. The 2 year support and 90 day price match are great.

Total tech is a great deal when computer needs help. We greatly appreciate techs being able to take over computer online and fix the problems without having to take product into the store to be fixed.

This saves me money on purchases I make at Best Buy. I recently took my desktop computer in for a minor problem. It was fixed in a couple of days and the problem resolved.

Great value and overall good support in person. Virtual is helpful but not able to resolve issues.

We got this subscription when my daughter was a college student and her laptop was acting up. The subscription was just a little bit more than having her computer worked on so we signed up. It has been very helpful having this because whenever we have an issue we just walk in and know it will be handled for free. I got the blue screen of death on my more recent laptop and it said my hard drive was failing. I brought it in expecting the laptop to be dead but they fixed everything and brought it back. It was six years old so I bought another one, which I am very happy with, but it was good to get the old one back alive. My son had a car stereo installed for free and that would have been over $400 if we had to pay it. I got the extended warranty on a dishwasher I purchased at Best Buy and it was extended for free for extra years. The dishwasher failed and they gave me a new one.

Having this service agreement in place, brings a comfort level for my technology needs.

The membership is a great value. They set up my new laptop and transferred all my files from my old laptop to the new one. Very fast and friendly service.

The unlimited Geek Squad support has came in handy often, plus extended warranties on purchases is great

The geek squad did a very good job at repairing my iMac 2017 27”. I tried to upgrade it to Tahoe 26 and the operating system went crazy, but the geek squad was able to breathe life back into my 2017 iMac. I am so thankful.
