The geek squad did a very good job at repairing my iMac 2017 27”. I tried to upgrade it to Tahoe 26 and the operating system went crazy, but the geek squad was able to breathe life back into my 2017 iMac. I am so thankful.

Although pricey, it has been of good use. Getting the computer to recognize my printer, setting up Webroot or my other apps, The Geek Squad & the My Best Buy program has been a godsend. It's like the tech version of AAA+ .

I can't live without this. I can make an appointment in a couple days to come in with a family member, and we get the help we need on our devices. They have a great team.

I would not go without the My Best Buy Total membership. It's been well worth the money. I've taken my phone and my computer in a number of times over the last few years and I've always been satisfied with the assistance I've gotten.

I unfortunately have oeelookwd this membership for years to my and my family's detriment membership has it's privileges.

I had this service for a couple years it’s very good if your constantly buy items out of Best Buy buy it is pricey when you see that charge on your card cause you just don’t have it everything you buy was under warranty which I like I just couldn’t afford it

Must buy! When you log in you see all the products you ever bought and is covered. I bought an apple macbook pro which comes with apple care due to this total and 4 airpods all came with apple care. this alone save me about $500. I also bought home stereo system from sonos through best buy which is covered, some TV/s and also I just took my smart robo vacum after 2 years due to battery issue, they sent it in and then called me back and said they will refund me 100% of what I paid on gift card! Amazing. Only thing is I wish they could have done it as an exchange because same vacuum is now $200 more, but that is still good and if I get my $2300 I paid for this laptop in 2 years for a defect, I will be over the moon :)

I am really satisfied with the Porter Ranch Geek Squad employees, which they have shown me a great customer service.
