This membership as a total asset. It's always there when I need it and everyone is always courteous and always get the job done. The Geek Squad is a true lifesaver.

I decided to renew my membership because I like the member prices and the fantastic Geek Squad support. The protection plans are great, too. I would recommend it to anyone looking to protect their products.

Suddenly, the tech gods smiled upon me, and my life was forever changed. Picture this: Your morning coffee decides to take a swan dive onto your laptop. Panic? Not me. With Total Protect, it's more like an excuse to visit my friends at Best Buy, where they welcome me and my coffee-soaked devices with open arms and a knowing smile. And let's talk about the member discounts. I used to think finding a five-dollar bill in an old pair of jeans was peak happiness. That was until I saw the member prices. Now, I strut into Best Buy like I own shares in the company, ready to score deals that make Black Friday look like an overpriced yard sale. The customer service? Stellar. I once had an issue at 2 AM (don't ask), and their 24/7 support was there, proving that not all heroes wear capes. Some wear Best Buy badges and wield the power to bring dead gadgets back to life. In summary, not having Best Buy Total Protect is like using a flip phone in 2024: it just doesn't make sense. It's the security blanket for adults with tech. Five stars? Please. If I could, I'd give it a constellation.

The membership is worth it.great deals and the 2 year warranty is a lifesaver.

The biggest negative for this membership in my opinion is that they removed the perk dor free installations, so no more free installations on car electronics, home electronics, or appliances. However depening on how much spend per year at Best Buy the amount of warranties, points banking, discounts, and free shipping pays for itself pretty fast.

Been a member since 2023 at it's been really helpful way for me to purchase products on the spot with the benefits it provides.

Having a membership in best buy is a sure best for me

I like the membership but perks that come with it are not as good as expected. I expected. Ore g8ve aways for paying a premium. I also expected better deals. Alot of the deals only save 5 percent on stuff i find on amazon.

I wish I would have known about this earlier, as I've been buying items, etc...without it. It will be an automatic renewal every year!
