this membership is a great deal. Discounts, extra protection, geek squad, etc. Must have if you shop at best buy.

Pleased with support so far. They set-up computer as requested and answered all my questions. My only negative thought was that it took two days to set-up computer, that seems a long time to get a new computer ready.

Total Care is a great program. Washer had problems in the first two months, they replaced the washer at no charge.

Nice tv for my living room. Picture is sharp & clear. The controls are easy to navigate. It’s a a 40 inch Insignia Fire TV. I love it that was on a great sale of just under $100.00.

I love the membership I have because if I have problems with my PC at home, I can get 24 hour assistance seven days a week.
