It was a bit of a deal to order this laptop. All on my end. The Best Buy employee did a awesome job with helping me!! Good service is hard to get at times!! This was greatly not that way. I call or go there again!

This membership is definitely worth the value. I love having 24/7 Geek Squad tech support, plus exclusive access to sales, events, and special products. The protection plans on purchases add extra peace of mind, making it a smart choice for anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly.

5 stars if it was cheaper because I feel as though I was not getting much out of it. I saved a total of $100 but only because I went to Best Buy more because of my membership. The 24/7 tech support was nice.

Excellent Geek Squad service. Challenging experiencing getting appointment through the website. Times are OKAY. The challenge is figuring out how to navigate the site to sign up for the appointment.

I like to have the Best Buy Total Membership. It doesn’t cast that much and gives me assurance that I can contact the Geek Squad for help when needed

Although I struggled to contact the store directly and that was very frustrating and could of been an unnecessary roadblock, my in store experience was great and everything went smoothly.

AppleCare is free with best buy membership. This is the reason I have the best buy membership is for all my apple products. I use apple care for help and replacement of items with issues.

My Best Buy total membership has been a great membership value and Geek Squad employees have been very helpful in the past and present and not make me feel dumb. I also get great special discounts that have saved me over $400.00 and the membership is $179.00 per year, you do the math.

I am overall pleased with the total membership plan but it was much better for me when appliance delivery was included. I do like the extended warranties.

It's a good service, not to mention the many benefits of the store membership; I've found it very useful.

Having this membership has saved me a massive amount of money not only do I get to see the discounts on a daily basis and the deals for people like me who can’t afford things at a regular price I get rewarded for my purchases as well and if I have something happen to my purchases, this total rewards is totally worth it

Although, I haven’t had a chance to use it yet I know from others that it’s worth the investment in getting, especially if you tend to purchase a good bit of technology.
