I was Scammed which require my computer to be re-imaged. The Geek Squad understod my ordeal & went thru my Computer to make sure everything was OK & nothing unusual or strange was removed & returned to its normal state.

I appreciate the encouragement from one of the managers to purchase this because it was only $30 more and I was getting my computer worked on. So, it paid off. I have worked with Geek Squad members and they have been so helpful. So, as of now, I'm very pleased.

You get some savings on price but you also get installations covered.

I think Best buy is one of the most best technology stores to buy things so people are very friendly and helpful especially me being 41 and out of the computer game and getting things set up for me starting classes for college Thank you so much for having such great employees

I'm ambivalent about the value of this membership. The changes in what it covers have dramatically limited its worth, but I keep it in hopes it will help at least a bit, if I do have problems. I do highly value the assistance I've had from the Geek Squad.

Just pay for the membership. Having the idea of a 2k laptop or 200 dollar controller break while traveling sucks. Now if my stuff breaks im covered.
