So glad I signed up. Transferring my old laptop to the new one when I made the purchase went smoothly. In fact, my old laptop which was super glitchy, was "magically" made better on its return with the new one. Great service.

Geek Squad was great. Transferred data from old Computer , but I was unable to pick it up due to hospitalization. They allowed me to come back once I was home. They explained how to navigate & even synchronized my two emails to it. Patient & knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Geek squad member showed me what it was going to cost to repair my computer and said it would be cheaper to buy the membership and it would cover what needed to be done. Plus i can use it on other items in my house and they do not have to be bought from best buy.

Overall impressive membership. Are the benefits worth the annual cost? Maybe if you are a consistent buyer of multiple products and need quick delivery or the extra assurance from the insurance included. The lesser tiers may be the better option if not a frequent buyer.

This membership is worth every penny! We have 2 computers and call every month for a "tune up", and that's not including when we call for other issues. The tech folks are very knowledgable and courteous, and have always solved our issues. I recommend it to anyone, especially if you are a novice on the computer. And that's not to mention other discounts we receive just because we have the membership. It's worth looking in to!

it turns out that joining the yearly membership was as economical as adding up the individual line items for what I needed. The tech was patient, knowledgeable, and took his time making sure that I understood everything I needed with set up. Great value.

The price of the membership is so worth it. My computer was not performing well so I took it to BestBuy and purchased the membership. They took care of my command now I have no more problems. I did not have to pay any additional money for the repairs. Again worth the cost.
