The price of the membership is so worth it. My computer was not performing well so I took it to BestBuy and purchased the membership. They took care of my command now I have no more problems. I did not have to pay any additional money for the repairs. Again worth the cost.

Best way to keep from pulling my hair out was to purchase this Best Buy Total Membership. I purchase this EVERY year and consider it worth every penny. I have used it at 3 or 4 A.M. and the geek saved the morning for me. I have had it for the past 10 or 12 years. It is good insurance for your old purchases and your new ones when you retire your old ones. Love Love Love , I'm not techy, I leave it to them, and they have never let me down. I can use but I can't fix, or trouble shoot...I will never be without it.

This membership completely saved us!! We had a brand new laptop that we had not setup yet. Well I had a child try to setup by themselves and mess it up completely. Without the membership it would’ve cost us over $500 to get this fixed. With it, we now have a fixed computer and an entire year to go back with any issues that we may have.

I brought my HP laptop in for a diagnosis because of very slow operation. It was determined that the hard drive needed replacement. Figuring the cost of diagnosis and repair, it became obvious that purchase of the Best Buy Total membership what's the way to go. The membership would cover future diagnosis and repairs on this and other electronics, as well as cloning my desktop to a new desktop which I will be buying later this year. The membership includes many other benefits and a discounts.
