If you are like me, I know more about "party lines" and eventually "rotary dial phones" than I do about 11 windows or Windows 11. This HP laptop is easy to navigate for me and am quite pleased that is very intuitive!

Super good I use geek squad with fixing my computer with the membership I can go in as many times as I need to. I also had troubles with my computer at first so buying the membership really did save me money I actually ended up saving around $200 on fees and appointments
