Definitly a needed purchase. You just never know when youre going to need the benefits of this. If your appliance doesnt work out, exchange. If you find a better price, price match it.

I gave it a 4 out of 5 star rating because we were told that you could purchase additional warranty to cover our refrigerator. We originally purchased the 3 year warranty and then the membership which gives you up to twos warranty. We learned that as soon as we purchase this, the “up to two year warranty” was dropped from the plan for our refrigerator. You could only have one warranty. Secondly, you have to keep the plan for two in order to receive the “up to two years” coverage. Our sales representative did not explain this correctly at all to us. We end up canceling the plan and getting the $49 dollar membership instead.
