If you’re a big Apple person the free Apple Care+ makes it worth it alone. There’s a ton of savings offered in products as well and Geek Squad protection is great!

There have been some issues with my experience with the customer service of the call center. The individuals in the call center were all good, but the communication system and policies of Best Buy have resulted in less than stellar customer service.

Every person there has been kind, helpful and able to explain what happen an what needs to be fix. The onlybissue is the appointment system. It is not easy to make an appointment on line. The guys at the Montgomery stores helps. They are seniors citizen freindly.
