Guy's! you have to check into this service. I was reluctant at first but my sales rep Erica showed me the benefit and for my first computor upgrades and work I saved over 350.00. Then because of the service I brought my laptop and had the same service and upgraded ram and a drive and I saved almost 460.00 and only paid for my upgrade of 8 gb and my drive costing me about 70.00 to install upgrade and download all of my info to a hard drive. So with signing up with My Best Buy Total Tech for 198.00 Any service I may need with the Squad is covered for up to my 6 computors, Great Deal! Thanks Erica at Glendora.

I was highly impressed with what this membership has to offer. When I purchased a new laptop and the membership with it, I was told I could bring my old and new laptops in to have all the data from the old transferred into the new. I was so glad, as I knew I could mess that up. When I picked them up, the manager informed me that if I had any problems at all, I could call them directly. If I get a computer virus, they will fix it at no charge. The membership rate is worth it!!!

Wonderful service. My hard drive crashed and I was lost. They replaced the drive immediately. Then my computer wouldn't talk to my printer. They fixed it over the phone.
