O was vastly relieved to get my membership for The Geek Squad at Best Buy! I’m not very good with computers, and everyone I spoke to at the Help Desk was patient and helpful! I got one problem sorted out almost immediately, and I won’t hesitate to make another appointment for some other devices!

I went in to renew my Total Membership on August 30th at the Port Richey, FL store so that we could obtain the NFL package. The girl that assisted me was very pleasant and thorough and was able to successfully enroll me in this program. Thanks for the program and the wonderful customer service.

I have purchased large priced items with no warranty or “saftey net” and I feel that this was worth purchasing. I bougbt a laptop from an auction site before with no warranty and it was the worst decision I made, I now make sure I get the yearly memebership incase something happens I know I am taken care of.

It was a no brainer for my expensive MacBook Pro with the additional peace of mind for a 60 day return window. I also foresee buying additional Apple products like the AirPods Pro 3 and Apple Watch 11. Seemed like the subscription paid for itself with just the Apple Care benefits.

This is very useful. I needed to add more memory to my computer and only paid for the new memory card. The service was included.
