Best protection you can get, i absolutely love it, i got it on a whim to try it out and im on year 2 as of now and i dont think i will be removing it at all. this is the best thing you can purchase if you buy here a lot.

This membership is beneficial for someone who is not too "techie." I guess even those who are more knowledgeable can benefit. I like that I can get the help when I need it. I trust the team members who assist me.

If you don’t have an annual membership with these awesome techs, when your PC takes a dive you’ll wish you had spent a little to gain a lot of peace of mind not to mention sit back and watch them in action . They are good at what they do .

I’m happy to sing the praises of my total tech membership! Because of my membership, geek squad, came to my home and made recommendations for better Internet connectivity, new TVs, sound bars, iPad, along with set up. That whole process was so smooth and easy. Heck, that visit alone was worth the membership price! Geek squad came and installed everything, they were friendly they were efficient they were clean and I couldn’t be happier. Everything is working perfectly and to top it off I didn’t realize that they made appliance repair visits too. So about a week after my new TVs were installed Geek squad came back out and repaired my refrigerator and I didn’t have to pay a dime! I am so happy with my total tech membership. I highly recommend it and wish that I would’ve bought it sooner. Thank you Geek squad!

There are many benefits to this membership. Free consultations', updates and upgrade benefits. Real in-person consultation and help. This is a rare experience these days. IO highly recommend their service, knowledge and expertise.

I love being able to purchase from BestBuy knowing that my purchases are protected withOUT having to buy extra warrants and that the Geek Squad is available!

The membership is well worth the cost. New notifications, updates, deals for members. Also, easier check in for service.

I like my new Acer PC but it didn’t come with Word. I have never in had a computer that came without Word but it has been quite a while since I had last bought a computer so I guess things have changed. Otherwise I line this Acer. It works very fast!
