Love this membership! Covers all my electronics, even those not purchased at Best Buy! I find that the Geek Squad have been very knowledgeable and friendly!

Membership is a real value, unlimited Geek Squad support, great offers in store too.

Had an issue setting up by calling HP direct instead of Best Buy. Got scammed but called BB right away. Tech fixed in about 30 min. Lesson learned. Go thru BB for everything!

I’ve had the Best Buy total membership for years now I renew it every year. It’s great. My appliances are all covered and they come out to my house to repair. Love it.

It's great to have but takes too long to get to a person that can actually help you. Just made a big purchase at the store and did not get any kind of discount.

I still think the membership is a good value. The extended service plans are helpful. I do miss the install and delivery being included though.

I expected the Dell computer to work but the downloading from my old computer and the Geek Squad help with the cabling was exceptional.
