Recently I purchased my Total Tech Membership and a new Sony Bravia HDTV at the Best Buy in Summerlin--Las Vegas, NV. I have already used my membership and look forward to its continued benefits. These purchases were made possible by the help of Best Buy sales person Denzel. Denzel took the time to explain the features of the television I was interested in, and also the Total Tech membership. He showed me other television options also. He was really positive and willing to share his knowledge so that I could make an informed and comfortable decision. As a side note, a week before, my daughter purchased a microwave oven with the assistance of Denzel! Thank you, Best Buy. Denzel's assistance reminded me of why I am a happy, on-going Best Buy customer.

A little pricey but has been valuable for my college son and the warranty on his computer. Disappointed with the speed of service repairing his computer. He purchased his first computer based on a Best Buy employee recommendation. Computer spent more time in repair his freshman year of college than he was able to use it. Eventually received a store credit thanks to total membership.

This has been the best as it allows me to have Webroot protection on 3 items/ every month, there was a problem withdown loads and the geeksquard fixed them for free due to this membership. That would have been hundreds of dollars otherwise

Honestly, this membership is well worth keeping every year. It covers and all electronics. I had my daughter's laptop cleaned and fixed in Jersey with this membership and I live in New York, so yes, it can be used anyplace.
