The membership was worth it since we also bought a TV and it also covers that and any other tech equipment we buy. It extended the warranty for 2 more years. Well worth it.

I am very pleased with my new computer. It does everything they said it would and the Geek squad at Best Buy transferred all my files from my old to my new and everything has been great!!! So happy I went to Best Buy and didn't try to do all this on my own.

Get this membership, i purchased a laptop on Saturday and Sunday i had to return as the internal screen was cracked. I was able to return the laptop and exchange it for a brand new one without any issues!!

Thankfully with the help of my Best Buy total membership I was able to get the assistance I needed to repair my pc, apparently my ram had short circuited resulting in my pc not being able to boot but GeekSquad figured out the issue thanks!

I love the idea of the membership he did save me money. But I haven’t been able to get into my account to see what I purchased. I’ve call many times to see what I need to get into the account. But after many calls still can’t get in.

This membership is worth the price for laptop and pc repairs.
