I don't know the difference between the annual membership and the monthly one.

It's good with the membership that if product is damaged by accident, can get it fixed free of cost.

Well, I can get Best Buy to adjust/fix my computer for no additional charges unless a new part is required. I get discounts and an extra year of warranty protection on the products I purchase.
