Geek Squad is easy to work with. They were great in helping me set up my printer on WIFI

My desktop computer had a corrupted operating system (which I didn't know until I took it in). I had an appointment so I really didn't have to wait at all. The most important thing I told them was to save my Outlook contacts & distribution lists. When I picked it up, I was told everything should be ok since they didn not have to set it back to the factory settings but, when I got home, my contacts and distribution lists were gone. I bought a 1 terrabyte SSD card when I dropped it off and will make sure to export my contacts and save them on that.

This membership is the best bang for buck! I purchased three Apple I pads for my children the yearly member ship came with Apple care which ended up being cheaper then getting Apple care through Apple.
