The membership was cheaper than the 1 year protection so it’s awesome!

It's like having insurance. The people working in this area are really great. My only complaint is it can be hard to get an immediate appointment when you need to get help immediately. The membership is more expensive than I like, as we've seldom used it. Instead of increasing the price each year, a discount should be given as a reward for renewing. But it's good to know it's there if we need it. A bonus for us is we live a half mile away from our Best Buy.

Getting this membership saved me a lot of money on having my desk top fixed. The Geek Squad was the best. Matt and Jose explained everything that was going on with my desktop.

Great values on all your items you buying getting 2 year warranties while your total membership is still active and get extra sales all year long.

Paying only $179.99 is a no brainer for the type of coverage you get for any of your purchases. Too good to pass up.
