Total Tech has been very good for my family for quite a few years now and I find it to be a good value.

Truth is in the actions of a business entity. I find that to be true of my best buy total membership.

I have benefitted greatly from the plan. I have had a few claims and all have gone smoothly. The only issue i have is that some computer parts are not covered under the plan. weirdly not all computer parts just some (CPU to point one out)

Have had total tech sicnce before it became total tech. Excellent results (avoid calling in, you will get India and these experiences have cost me weeks off my life). Deal with your local store by scheduling an appointment and going to the store. The store techs are very good and nice to deal with.

My Best Buy Total memberships is a jewel. It allows you protection for your purchase devices. There are other reward through the membership that can be accessed. The price is right for what you are paying for.
