This review is based on the perks that you receive. I have not utilized the actual warranty aspect of any of our products.

So far My Best Buy Total membership has been great. I have been able to get help both on-line & in-store with any issues!

NOTE: This was all done online, not in store, but Brentwood was the selected store online. I purchased online a 75" LED TV from the Brentwood store as well as their $200 Total Protection program (using their Total Protection program the delivery and mounting/installation was $200, plus you also get 1 year of the Total Protection program - it's a better deal than the $249 mounting/installation). The 3 star review is for the following, mostly scheduling related: 1.) When purchasing the TV and Total Protection (delivery and mounting). The webpage appointment portal is confusing. It did not properly schedule delivery & mounting. When the TV was delivered they told me that installation had not been scheduled. It took a call to sort that out and they did so in a nice way, waiving any additional cost, but adding another delay in getting the TV, mounted and up and running. Make sure you take nothing at face value with their online service, call & verify you got what you expected. 2.) The mounting/installation was scheduled for 4 business days after delivery, due to the screw up stated above. I was given a window of 9 am - 1 pm for the Geek Squad to arrive. They had not shown up as of 1 pm, I called Best Buy customer service and asked them to contact the technician. The technician called me and stated that I was on "his" board for the afternoon, not morning. I was duped again! They were all nice about it but my time was again wasted. Again, I should have called to verify everything and not trusted their website and arrival window notification. Make sure you take nothing at face value with their online service, call & verify you got what you expected. MORAL OF THE STORY - do not trust Best Buy's online version OR arrival window notifications. Call & verify if your time is valuable to you.

Worth the cost to get all my old computer “stuff” transferred over to new computer. I always appreciated Geek Squad availability.

Wish I would of the cost before getting my computer looked at but the service saved a ton of money and is still very very useful

It's helped me out more times and saved me money every year by having an membership of "My Best Buy Total Membershp".

A good reason is for Access to the geek squad 7 days a week

It's good with the membership that if product is damaged by accident, can get it fixed free of cost.

It was the best thing getting a membership. It gives me peace of mind

Prompt service, competent Geek squad to answer all tech queries. Whether it is service or sales, the associates are up and running to assist and retrieve any item that a customer needs. They understand the technical details of any product within the store. I have bought phones, lap top computers, and a refrigerator, and every time i get to the store, i get prompt service.
