The use of the Geek Squad is great. I, however, am not sure that I needed to buy the membership.

I love my totaltech membership, it’s a more bang for your buck than anything else out there. I have access to the knowledge of the Geeksquad for any and all my problems. I have saved hundreds of dollars each and every time I need to use there services. I will never be without this service.

I always end up using my membership so i will confide to pay yearly. Definitely a great investment for my purchased items. The free mounting service when i purchased my TVs and mounts was awesome.

It is nice to have ability to set an appointment and bring computer laptop in to have it diagnosed. I had two appointments as my calendar on laptop and phone stopped syncing. The techs were nice but neither could help. It is like they need a next level support. The on line I used once and it was 30 minutes I want back. I am hammering the service a bit, however it is nice to have.

I have benefitted greatly from the plan. I have had a few claims and all have gone smoothly. The only issue i have is that some computer parts are not covered under the plan. weirdly not all computer parts just some (CPU to point one out)

it is a good value for me as I have 2 laptops that require clearing hard drives before recycling them

The membership is a great value. Perfect addons are apple accidental coverage. I don't have to spend additional dollars on Apple care. The service is great. It covered installations as well on my washer and dryer. My gaming controllers broke, and they were replaced no questions asked.

My Best Buy Total memberships is a jewel. It allows you protection for your purchase devices. There are other reward through the membership that can be accessed. The price is right for what you are paying for.

The price is high for this service - but - it's also worth it if you are a Best Buy customer who plans to purchase electronics/appliances/gaming/TV/phones etc…. The early notification of upcoming deals & the many deals offered through out the year. Also you’ll get a discount on all purchases. If you plan to buy a new computer; they'll set it up; install programs; transfer files/photos/apps….anything from you old computer(s) to your new one if you have this script. For people who aren’t techy - it’s worth it tenfold. I also love the membership savings & early notification of deals. I already saved over 400$ and my script just renewed in May 24. I can’t wait to see Black Friday membership deals!!
