Title: Best Buy Membership Pays for Itself I signed up for a Best Buy membership and honestly, it’s been worth every dollar. The free shipping, exclusive member pricing, and extended return windows already made it a good deal. But what really stood out to me was the early access to deals — I used it when buying my Dell desktop and saved money right away. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, the membership basically pays for itself. I also like knowing I can get help faster with Geek Squad if I ever need it. Highly recommend the membership if you’re buying electronics or big-ticket items — especially computers or TVs.

So far, I like it. I haven't had the chance to see everything it covers, but I hope to. I didn't even know that they offered home service so I'm looking forward to trying that out soon.

I'm grateful for my membership, which included access to Geek Squad. I used them a couple of times during the initial setup of my new computer and I love that they are in the background if I need help in the future.

Absolutely needed to have professional service for my workstation laptop, it's my income and the Besy Buy Geek squad was on their game and even provided best pricing for needed hard drive, I checked...couldn't beat the price the squad provided, best value for my money and flawless service, what else it there?

This product provided increased flexibility for my iPad Pro. This provided me with the capability to hook up a device that allowed me to remotely do a visual presentation and change the slides as necessary while not having to use the computer itself.

Having faced a crisis on a PC repair I weighed the options of what it would cost without the warranty versus the membership and it was a simple decision to go forward. I'm glad I did. I just used the geek squad for the very first time and they did an extraordinary job repairing a precious business asset that had been corrupted via updates. I'm looking forward to use the membership for other reasons now but in retrospect I'm happy I'm a member.

I have really enjoyed having this membership. I have been able to utilize it a few times when I have had issues with my devices. Best Buy makes the experience super easy and replaces/repairs your device with no problem. I recommend to everyone that I can. I use it to cover my PlayStation 5, iPad, iPhone, ear buds, TV's, etc...

Good if you buy a lot of tech and possibly appliances/furniture. The membership comes with home assembly for furniture along with thr warranties on everything so if you buy a few things a year it's a really good value.

With as many products as I buy yearly I'm happy to have this protection that is provided to me with my Total Tech Membership. I especially enjoy the help I get from Geek Squad and the 2 year protection or Apple Care+ I get on my products while having this memberships.

Absolutely worth it in my opinion and I have recommended the membership to several friends of mine who are either getting a new apartment or are gamers, this membership has helped me a lot and almost in the first month, I had already gotten a lot of savings, I hope they keep this membership going & keep updating it with more benefits.

Look, if you shop at Best Buy. You Best Buy the Membership! You cover your car, home and boats. Why wouldn't you cover all your electronics?! The Geek Squad staff is welcoming and they explain the process from start to finish.

After years of resisting and claiming I can do it myself, I relented and purchased a My Best Buy Total to help set up a new laptop. I worked with three members of the Almaden Best Buy Geek Squad. Excellent service, advice, and most importantly, explanations and patience. Unless you're a hardware and software expert, this is a great investment in personal sanity!

I love the peace of mind this membership gives me. The benefits I use are wonderful. I don't actually use half the benefits but knowing I have Geek Squad if i need them is very comforting.

I have made use of Best Buy Total Tech and the Geek Squad for several years. I enjoy the unlimited Geek Squad assistance. Had it not been for the Geek Squad I would still be trying to set-up my new lap top so it would be usable. Every issue I had I called on the Geek Squad for help. I was not able to load or find HP Smart that needs to be linked to my printer. The tech knew what I was talking about, found the HP Smart info in the system, ran the process to attach it to my lap top and added this interface to my desktop. Another tech was able to attach Gmail under Google to my laptop which I was not able to find. Each technician was thoughtful, courteous, patient and ensured they had addressed my issues prior to disconnecting from my lap top and closing their case. I also need to learn the different features under Windows 11.

Getting the membership means every time I buy something I don’t have to think about getting the extra warranty and cover my investment. It comes automatically with the membership. It can’t be better than that.

Love the membership. Everything we buy is protected without fail. Haven’t had to use it much but when we did it was replaced without question. Great program. Highly recommend.
