    Up until this month the Geeks have been wonderful. On February 2nd I brought in my broken screen laptop. I bought a new laptop. As of today I still do not have a working computer!

    My Best Buy Total membership is well worth it. I am an older worker who must still deal with software/OS changes on my computers and iPhone and every time I have had a problem, the Geek Squad has helped me out. I so appreciate them and the fact that they are Apple Certified.

    I have had this membership for several years and it has saved me considerably. Financial and physical (headaches). I was disappointed when they left St.Joseph but I have had no trouble contacting by phone for tech support. Shipping free is a perk but the Geek Squad is outstanding.Can't imagine how much I've saved in time and money by being able to call or text for free support. Thank you for easy to understand technicians!

    Been great! Multiple laptop problems fixed and my electronic and computer items have 2 year warrantees. Found some great prices on electronic gear. Got a Best Buy brand Apple Pencil for a lot cheaper than the manufacturer brand and it works great, easier charging, and simple on/off.

    The My Best Buy Visa Card is fantastic for loyal shoppers. The 5% back on purchases is a great perk, and I love the flexible financing on large items like PC parts. Just be very careful with the deferred interest; always pay the full balance on time to avoid high charges. It's a good card if used responsibly."

    I just bought an I Pone, after using my android for. Many years. I need all the help I can get to use this with the ease I used my other one. They are so different, I have many questions. At the price of a single visit, it made sense to buy the contract. Very happy with helpespecially Mitchell. He’s very patient.

    Best Buy has saved so much money. Geek squad has bee fantastic. I do not blink An eye when I need electronics I go to Best Buy, I have always been treated very good. Great custumer service.

    I do think is a good membership. Think about it, for just about $200 A YEAR which is $16.67 a month you can have your your computer, and or Laptop fixed for free. MOSTLEY, now depending on what's wrong with it you might have to buy a part but you also get a TON of discounts so I think its worth it. Again everyone has there own opinions though.

    I was thoroughly disappointed that Best Buy canceled my credit card for lack of use during COVID & not using immediately after COVID. I learned by going into the store, however, I still purchase best buy products & the total membership gives me the coverage I need. They asked if I wanted to get the credit card back & I stated "No thank you" but the Total Membership is working for what I need.

    I have used the Geek Squad twice now. the first time was excellent, very knowledgeable tech helper quickly fixed a problem. The second time? Not so good. I spent 4 hours on one day and 2.5 more hours on the second day. On the second issue, that day's initial tech helper could not figure out the problem or ways to solve it. I was left waiting on the phone the whole time. Then, when I gave up and called again on a second day. When you call Geek Squad's number at you local store, you are immediately flipped over to a techie in a Hispanic-speaking country (Panama, Corsa Rica) with quite a bit of different English skills. Crapshoot, until you get one one you can communicate with easily.

    This membership haves so many benefits and it’s very convenient and helpful with tech issues and other problems that you would have I would recommend this to anyone because a 2 year warranty on items is so amazing!!

    I need to give an excellent star rating for a recent experience. I had an Epson 15000 All-In-One that malfunctioned. The one-year warranty expired around five months ago. To my surprise, I had a two-year warranty with my Geek Squad Protection Plan. I was given two choices: take a store credit and look for a replacement, or exchange for the same machine. I chose the latter. I am very satisfied with this service.

    I Purchased a Dell computer at Best Buy with the features I sought at a very reasonable price. In my past purchases of new computers, the migration of data from my old to new computer was difficult and very time consuming. Best Buy Geek Squad Membership enables me to transfer Data from my prior desk top and laptops to my new computer. To have this done quickly and professionally is for me more than worth the cost of Geek Squad membership. I anticipate that I will also utilize other services provided by this membership adding to the value of the Geek Squad membership.

    I came in looking for help with my son‘s PC. Akeem technician was the person that helped me. Not only did he do an amazing job explaining and fixing the PC. He had fantastic Customer Service he brought it out to my car for me as I have been injured at work. He is an amazing technician and associate you guys are lucky to have him.

    I recently had a problem with my membership expiring because my 92 year old mother passed away. I just didn’t remember to renew due to my emotional status. Once I recognized the expiration I quickly renewed my membership and asked to resume my membership privileges. I have always been a member along with a good customer. I have purchased every piece of electronic from Best Buy and is happy to continue our relationship in this very sad time for my family.

    The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was lovely and helpful and easy to understand. He was patient and went out of his way to check for points to apply to my membership fee. He answered all of my questions and offered additional information as well.

    They fixed my computer when no one else could

    I had no idea how great this membership is until I needed it. I use my computer for my internet business and can't work without it. I had my C: ssd drive fail. Two of my friends who are IT professionals said they could replace the drive but told me there was no way to get an image of the drive that would save me hours of work. I would need to start all over again. I took it to Best Buy and they thought at first it might not be possible to get an image, but one of their techs said he'd try an idea he was working on to capture drive images. They were able to image the drive and fixed my computer! This saved my business. If you don't have a membership GET ONE. You'll be happy you did.

    This membership is excellent. It comes in handy when having to warranty items. Especially if you have a toddler! The amount of times I didn’t have to get new electronics (or a microwave) because of the warranty and membership has saved me lots of time, money, and headaches

    My BestBuy Total Membership is very important to me. I am not very tech savvy. I appreciate being able to set up appointments for the help I have needed. Every Geek Squad Technician has been knowledgeable and excellent at fixing problems with different instruments I own. They also are personable and respectful.
