I've had this membership for years, even after all the "name changes", this membership is the real deal. I'm always happy to see the listing of how much money I'm saving using membership deals, especially with TVs. I just wish the "in-home" computer service was a "deal" too.

The staff at Best Buy Geek Squadu outstanding and very, very helpful; however, the AI answering system is not effective for customers and not understood by the staff, too, so Best Buy should integrate better by training staff. Many customers were inconvenienced due to the AI answering system - WE PREFER REAL PEOPLE as more efficient and positive for customer service.

Since becoming a My Best Buy Total member, I have decided to buy all that I need from Best Buy. This membership is a dealmaker. If I or my family need anything that Best Buy sells, we make sure we buy it from Best Buy because of this membership. It has so many benefits.

my pc got hacked. they fixed it within a day actually, the estimated time was 2-3 days but I got it back the next day. Everything was updated as well and it was running a lot smoother than before too.

Look, if you’re the kind of person who treats their electronics better than some people treat their pets, this membership is a no-brainer. Having everything covered under a protection plan brings me more peace of mind than yoga and chamomile tea. It’s way better to have protection and not need it than to have a nervous breakdown over a cracked screen or faulty components with no safety net. You probably already treat them better than your children anyway. At least this way you can give these back and get a new one when they s@$# the bed. Try that with a child and see how that works out for you. Go ahead. I'll wait. And let’s be real for a second: if you proudly call yourself a gadget geek but can’t swing less than $200 a year to protect your precious babies, then my friend.... It might be time to pick up a new hobby, like knitting or competitive couponing. Totaltech isn’t just a membership, it’s a way of life. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there is always room to improve. Like giving total tech members higher priority as well as notifications and queue updates to pre order high demand items like the Nintendo Switch 2. Looking at you Best Buy.

It helps with when our computers have an issue like viruses, but when you have something wrong like a bad port, you would have to go tot he manufacturer instead of having them just replace or repair the computer themselves.

This membership has given me piece of mind. I damaged my previous MacBook and the cost to repair was so extensive and the fact that I did not have AppleCare made the expense of repair outrageous. With this membership I know I am covered on all my purchases at Best Buy.

I have rural internet and this HP computer works very well with Cookson Hills internet. The camera features are very easy to use. I use it in my bedroom in a small closet. My daughter set it up for me as I am 80 years old and do not undertstand all its abilities. She says its far more than I will ever use. However, I do like its easy. She made short cuts for my easy to use. So far I really like just for my own personal. I am learning to do projects I have not done before. I like to review some work on line. So far nothing I dislike. Sales person Matt in Tulsa OK on 44th was the most helpful of people I talked with. Kudos.

I’ve been a member for multiple years and never once regretted the decision. The included extended warranties alone are worth the investment, not to mention the faster deliveries and longer return windows. This membership has proved very beneficial thus far. I purchased this when I purchased my 11th generation iPad and had the data transferred from my old iPad. The savings of that included service almost covered the cost of the membership. About 4 weeks later, my wife needed a new iPad--so when I purchased that and had her data transferred, that free service then more than covered the cost of the membership. Great deal!!!

It is a great value if you plan to build a whole new set up. Just in the few purchases I have made so far I have saved well over $150 on the geek squad protection plans alone. Not to mention all the other bonuses like the mypick deals!

Seems like a reasonable buy. I'm on;y a few weeks in but did get some Geek Squad help and a purchase protection plan on a new desk top and monitor. We will see if it still feels right in 6 months or so.
