Plus the in-store credit card comes in clutch everytime with low payments and 2 years before interest starts. I literally recommend it to all my gamingband streaming friends religiously

Seems like a reasonable buy. I'm on;y a few weeks in but did get some Geek Squad help and a purchase protection plan on a new desk top and monitor. We will see if it still feels right in 6 months or so.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited geek squad support are great. Also love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on all of my purchases.

We have kept this membership for years now and are very happy with it. We are elderly and not very computor savy and use our plan a lot to get rid of viruses and to keep our omputors running smoothly. I highly recommend everyone gets this protection.

I like that you have to make an appointment for in store help. This helps with the lines. And I found the techs to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The cost of this service is well worth it!

Great help for covering any extra cost that come along with the repairs of my device Tbh if you find yourself shoppi g or getting repairs here I would recommend getting the best buy total membership for the extra benefits

So glad my husband talked my into investing in this! We were able to backup old computer memory and clear out about 8 computers from the house. The protection plan part of the purchase has been an unexpected surprise that helped us when some technology glitched. This is our third year using this plan- it has been worth the investment for us.

I have the total membership at Best Buy and have really enjoyed it so far. I have called and gotten a lot of information about the new computer that I have bought. But, in the beginning, I was able to get a large discount when the geek squad helped me transfer information from my old computer to the new one. I plan on using the discount that I will receive from the membership to purchase other items in the future. Thank you for a great plan.

The Toral Tech membership is great for those with multiple electronics in their home. The online tech and instore services are a must, especially for those not tech savvy.

After buying a laptop, getting this was a no brainer. The value is through the roof for the apple care alone (compared to purchasing Apple Care outright). I've had this in the past and it has saved me hundreds of dollars, and I've actually used the care protection for other purchases and Best Buy makes it super easy to ensure your gear stays in working order!

I highly recommend getting the membership warranty to cover anything that you buy from Best Buy. They will cover any product that you buy. I have used it over and over and over again and it has saved me a bundle of money in the long run. It is well worth the price.I highly recommend.

Accidentally purchased total tech care , I actually went in to purchase a 16 inch MacBook prop which I accidentally purchased for shipping online . So when I called best buy customer service instead of canceling my order and the transaction taking 3 to 5 days to repost to my account they changed my order to pick up I went to the store and they didn't have it stock and available which at that point I called customer service back to see what my options were all of which included canceling so to my hesitation I did so only to come to the realization my cancellation turned into turned into a total tech purchase thank you for reading my rant

Haven't had to use it so far, but the guy in the shop told me that even if you cancel the subscription before year two, the two year coverage on all my stuff still stands, and if that's accurate, that's a great value.

Love this program, my sons ps5 stopped working and their was nothing they could do to fix it after evaluating and sending out it wouldn’t work they ended up replacing it.

I feel this is a real bargan for anyone that uses Best Buy frequently. I have taken advantage of product discounts , extended warranties, tech support and other benefits.

Best Buy use to have an insurance plan through geek squad, that was based on a percentage of the price, but with the Total membership, you pay for a full year of coverage on all products; also comes with various deals on products that are on sale, only to members. Apple items get the most love, because you get AppleCare on any devices you purchase. Instead of waiting to go through apple themselves, you simply bring it to best buy and they do the rest. Best way to say that Total is worth it, it’s the “Bestbuy” when it comes to shopping at bestbuy.

Great piece of mind and great extra added deals. Like a Sam’s club membership with free protection plans with your purchases. If you buy any devices from Best Buy, this is a must purchase! Got my washer, dryer, fridge, and PC from Best Buy and this will have my purchases covered with extra protections!

I am super prone to breaking things, having this coverage makes me that much happier knowing I have the ability to fix or replace my phone with this coverage is amazing!
