I didn't know about this membership until my goggle pad got a virus and the geek squad told me how to save money on repairs. Its worth it just in case if anything else happens.

While I didn't initially sign up for Total, it's a reality that technology break and needs repair. This can be an expensive consequence, and it is fortunate to have a membership that covers these costs. I ended up spending hundreds less than I would have otherwise just by signing up! The service was great, the Geek Squad was helpful, and my laptop is working better than ever! While I haven't yet had a chance to sample all the membership perks yet, I still recommend this service to anyone who has electronics they need to keep in working order.

The membership is a great piece of mind for any product that we purchase. It is worth having when you buy high value items. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this membership over the years as part of my business protection. It is a great investment to have technical support and repair available.

Overall, though expensive, it's a pretty good system, The only gripe I have is that I wish it could have included the full price of level 2 data recovery. $360.00 on a fixed social security income is a huge expense for us. I was told when I first started this that it would cover ALL LABOR. Apparently that is not the case. I would still recommend it with the caveat that it only covers certain labor on certain things.

Best value! I pay for a lot of service fees. Best Buy is without a doubt the best value for my money. Excellent tech service online and in the store. Benefits towards software and upgrades. Couldn’t do my business without Best Buy!

This is especially great value and utility given my situation. I do not have an IT department, so Geek Squad is great, and I have wonderful past experiences with them at multiple Best Buy’s.

Best Buy Total is worth it if you’re into gadgets or upgrade frequently. The member pricing, included protection, and quick access to Geek Squad save time and headache. The tech support alone makes it useful, and the yearly perks easily cover the cost if you shop even a few times. Reliable, straightforward, and actually helpful — not just another subscription.

My membership is valuable in a few ways - (1) it protects my family's new electronics purchases at BestBuy and (2) it offers timely discounts and member prices that push me to buy what I need, when I need it.

I have had multiple items under this plan only used it once and they fixed it immediately so far so good worth the value if you have a bunch of items.

This membership is worth it for the savings, support, and protection benefits. Geek Squad help is convenient and the extra perks make it a good value!

First time I’ve bought this service and I hope I don’t need to use it for repairs. Peace of mind knowing that it’s available if you do need it though.

The membership is a real value. I have found the customer service responsive and able to resolve issues with honesty and clarity, which I sincerely appreciate. Customer service actually does what it says it will do. To me this is of the utmost importance.

I purchased the membership for my new Apple iPad because I do not like Apple Stores or their customer service policies. I was very happy with the technician who helped me set up my iPad. He set it up exactly how I wanted it instead of how Apple wanted it and it was so easy and took way less time. I know it will be just as easy to make another appointment should I need help again.

This membership is really good and you get its value by its perks and rewards. Could be appreciated if it was $50 lower but overall love its reawards
