I got this membership when I took my computer in to get fixed. They were able to fix my computer within a day and also updated the BIOS and drivers. It cost a bit more than I expected, but it's nice to know that I'm covered for a year.

I saved a lot of money in the geek squad department. Not only did I save money there when I needed to get my laptop repaired, I’ll have a full year of service through Best Buy membership.

Total lifesaver!!!! The membership is totally worth it!!! My laptop fell off the bed and I thought it was beyond repair!!!! With my membership and low deductible I was able to easily get my laptop repaired and it’s good as new!!!!! I’m so glad I had it on auto renew and never cancelled it!!!

My husband and l love our Best Buy/Geek Squad membership. We don’t ever want to be without it again. We had to cancel our membership a few years ago due to a financial hardship. Thankfully, we have it back again and are so grateful that we do. The Geek Squad installed everything we need on our new laptop, and they are so patient with older people like ourselves (78 years old).

This is a mess if you buy anything from Best Buy it is best to have the geek squad on your side. Nowadays technology is super hard so if you get the Best Buy total membership, the geek squad is on your side. It’s so easy to get in touch with the geek squad. This is a mess if you buy anything trust me.

It is necessary to have support on both equipment and software. Best Buy helped me tremendously when I had an issue last year. Thank goodness this annual support membership was in place.

This membership has been quite helpful. I have used the Geek Squad services several times setting up my new laptop. They have been quite helpful transferring data and explaining functions.

Love this membership. Basically paid for itself when the Geek Squad transferred data and set up my new Apple laptop overnight. Also peace of mind in case anything goes wrong. They have repaired my laptop in the past and even recovered lost data. Worth it!

This membership is an absolute great value, we love all the protection plans that come with everything that we buy at Best Buy and we use this all the time. Plus all the perks we get with discounts on Games and purchases.

The membership pays for itself over time. If you buy a lot of electronics, computers, etc. you should have this plan. On numerous occasions I've had to use them for computer upgrades, which were free, or mounting a TV and a ton of other things. If you do installs for your vehicle, it all plays a part. Plus, you get more time to return an item then if you're NOT a member.

The Geek Squad erased my data from one of my SSD’s which was a huge bummer, but as a whole they have been really helpful and friendly. Just make sure to remind them that they need to double check what they are doing because an easy task can turn into a nightmare if they aren’t careful. Just stay on them about double checking and you’ll be fine.

We love the special member prices, the Best Rewards and especially the support and services of the Geek Squad. I have used them remotely and in store on numerous occasions.

When the membership was offered to me, it made sense to upgrade to the plus because I got the warranty for cheaper than what I would’ve had to pay for it. With all the perks it’s actually a really nice thing to have and it gives you an extended time of taking things back so you have a little bit of time to try it out more.
