The staff was very helpful when i could not make up my mind on which camera i wanted, thankful she was there because i have a hard time figuring out what i want and i was leaving for Japan really soon. the camera i got was perfect and works really good..im already planning on another trip! the canon R8 is a awesome starter/ intermediate camera works really good in low light for night time street photography !

The membership is worth the money. Took 2 computers in for clean up and they remove the virus at no charge. Removing the virus without the membership would have cost mote than the membership itself.

Can't complain about coverage and help with cumputer cleanup. Had been a member for many years until credit card was hacked and I did not get auto renew complete so I had to start over.

Great support with Geek Squad with my new laptop and I Phone 14. I have used services online as well as in store, and my problems were resolved. I later purchased a LG WashTower and have not needed any services beyond installation, but I know the support is there when I need it.

I am no match for hackers....i have limited knowledge in this technical field, and i have lost $100,000 to these parasites. My 1st mistake is not signing up with BestBuys Geek Squad. These Reps are Heavy Hitters, they sanitized my laptop and my phone, plus i recieved very important tips on how to avoid being hacked again. Trust Best Buy, invest in the Geek Squad today, i should have when i bought my laptop.

Very quick to verify the issue and schedule an appointment. Geek Squad is very active and understanding, plus the membership covers multiple costs for PC inspections. The membership is very much worth it making it cheap in the long run other than paying multiple times for inspections.

This membership is great to have. Easy of knowing you have additional warranty for items purchased and support later in the process. Really no questions asked if there is an issue, gives me real peace of mind knowing the items purchased are protected.

I love this membership. The value is great for the help we have had for our computers and phones. We get check-ups a couple times of years and the Geek Squad is able to help clean up our devices and gives us recommendations without pressure. I would purchase the protection plan for ease of mind. I am always skeptical of purchasing such plans, however this plan has been a benefit for us as we have purchased it three years now. I highly recommend it, even if you are well versed with the ins and outs of electronics.

Love it. Worth the price. Geek Squad available 24/7. I was on a road trip when my previous Lenovo had issues. The Geek Squad art he Best Buy in Naples, Florida determined it was the hard drive. They recovered all my data and transferred to a new hard drive in less than two days. You can contact them day or night. again, worth the price.

Service was good when I got it, but long wait and dealt with a couple different agents. One was in India, I think and his English was difficult to understand. Several repeats of instructions was required.

This memebership is worth every penny imo. You get 2 years of Best Buy warranty with all purchases. Plus you get those free xbox game pass codes. Just a great option for those folks that buy from Best Buy consistently and invest in high dollar items.
