The membership is a great value with all areas of Best Buy. The areas are all over the store from the Greek Squad, purchase of electronics, miscellaneous supplies and many other items in n the Best Buy store.

I’ve been using the Best Buy membership for a while now, and it has honestly saved me money and stress. The included product protection and extended returns make big purchases feel much safer. I also appreciate the faster shipping and access to tech support whenever I need it. Overall, it’s been a worthwhile investment for frequent shoppers

I had a very pleasant experience working with Ryan and Jonah from the Best Buy in Mira Mesa, CA. I wanted to build a new PC, and had spent time researching every part. I had very specific questions about which parts were the best on the market right now, and tech terms I wasn't familiar with, and they were able to answer all of them. They spent ample time with me until all my questions were answered, and all the bases were covered. I just picked up my PC build today, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. I am super excited to jump into some new-and-improved gaming. I can't emphasize enough how helpful both Ryan and Jonah were in this process. They really know computers, they were easy to talk to, and they were diligent about helping me find every part I was looking for. They are both truly great, upstanding employees that deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond. Overall, I had a very positive experience working with Geek Squad, and I would build with them again.

My over all membership rating is by far a 9 out of 10. I say that because my experience has been satisfying, I'm content with the services. Especially with Geek Squad having that service has helped me, when purchasing t.v's and needing help with delivering and installing things.

I love the sense of security that this membership provides for the price. It pays itself off in the long run! Well worth the investment

My Total Membership is perfect for me - the team has helped me so much, on several occasions, from identity theft issues to installing a new hard drive. Perfect for the older user like me, I need their help!

Great TV and the ability with great people to make it an easy transition even if you’re going towards 80 at my age, you need to have the resources of being able to come into this new era of communication with your television. It does make me think how great of an experience I’ve had and will continue.

Since, I have this membership only one month and only one application, I don't have an overall appraisal of its viability. The one use suggests good results for rest of year. A possible negative is the high price.

The Geek Squad support was beyond fantastic. This was the first time I used the talents of the Geek Squad. I had a computer virus that caused me serious problems. They were able to fix everything online. Moving forward, I will always have this membership.

I've had the membership for several years and it has been well worth it to take your electronics to Geek Squad to be checked out and repaired if needed and multiple computers.

I wanted to take these back on day one because the volume was low. I called my son and told him to drive with me back to Best Buy. He went into my computer settings and pressed volume up and now I’m loving these. Quality of sound and blocking out noise is superb.OMG it would have been the ultimate mistake yo take these back. Definitely will get my husband some of these for his bday in November.

This membership allowed me to have everything moved from my old computer to my new computer along with setting up the new computer. It will allow me to have any issues resolved for this next year.

We really like having this membership. It is a very good value especially for the unlimited Geek Squad support of various products. We are glad for the peace of mind of getting continued protection plans on our purchases.

The membership is amazing You get discounts on a lot of things that a lot of people don't even know about you can go into Best buy and get out faster and if you call them they'll stay on the phone with your hour until you understand or get the problem fixed

This membership gives me peace of mind when something goes wrong with any of my devices. Yearly clean ups are wonderful. If I were to try to repair one of my devises (TV for example) the repair without the membership Would cost more than buying a new replacement device.

This has been a life saver! I have needed repairs and it’s always great when they tell me it won’t cost nothing because I’m a member.
