I love the fact we got the 179.99 package. It feels wonderful to go into the geek squad and they solve the problem immediately. We are very happy when we go into the store cause everyone is so very friendly and supportive and knowledgeable. All the employees are expert in the whole store. We love everything we bought at Best Buy and it’s top quality and we love the wide selection of everythin* they carry.

Geek Squad - took two attempts on phone totaling about 70 min. Asked manager to call me - he did but told me to go to the store to order. Went to the store. 3 efforts 3 prices ranging from 50 - over $400. You have a very poor system for a company sellin tech

I buy enough from Best Buy that I've had this protection for many years running. It seems I'm constantly on the phone taking advantage of Geek Squad remote sessions and love the fact that even if damage occurs because of my own fault, I'm still covered

I am glad that I had it because I needed it the very next day. the phone techs were virtually useless but they did set up an appointment to take the laptop back to the store and have them reset to factory because I could not log in using my microsoft account
