I purchased our membership in early October and have used it, gratefully and successfully, many times already. We are in our late 70s, purchased a new computer etc and while somewhat computer saavy, Geek Squad's assistance, patience and expertise getting us set up and running took the stress right out of it! Its a relief and comfort to know they are but a phone call or store visit away.

I love it!!! Everything from the extended warranties to the putting on screen protectors on my phone!!! No hassles and always great service!!

Love the membership, but have had issues with staff knowing the rules that come with it. Communication is key, but I respect the value it brings.

The deals, the deals, the deals are amazing!!! You get exclusive sales and discounts. Plus all my devices are insured so I don’t have to pay separately to my cell phone company or home renter/owners insurance. Also when you break down the monthly payment it’s cheaper and you get so much!

The membership was more economical than separately paying for individual sessions.I wouldn't normally need multiple sessions like this, but it was an unusual situation.

This membership was the best purchased I ever made. I utilized its perks. I purchased a washing machine, got 2 stereo installations, had my computer checked out. All FREE with my Total Tech. The price I paid for membership saved me a ton of money

The membership is worth it for a few reasons to me. The most important one to me is extra protection at no additional cost. If something is wrong you can call up Geek Squad to troubleshoot and if not they will try to come out and take a look.

This membership was a real value. I needed to have my laptop looked at for a performance issue and the cost of the membership was less than the diagnostics. So, it made perfect sense and I now have some added perks with the membership.

Best Buy Really holds to the name when it comes to having the Total Membership. It's becomes hassle free. I promise if anything goes wrong with any item that is on your total Membership they will correct the situation. Hassle free. The Best Buy is peace to It's name.

I have made use of Best Buy Total Tech and the Geek Squad for several years. I enjoy the unlimited Geek Squad assistance. Had it not been for the Geek Squad I would still be trying to set-up my new lap top so it would be usable. Every issue I had I called on the Geek Squad for help. I was not able to load or find HP Smart that needs to be linked to my printer. The tech knew what I was talking about, found the HP Smart info in the system, ran the process to attach it to my lap top and added this interface to my desktop. Another tech was able to attach Gmail under Google to my laptop which I was not able to find. Each technician was thoughtful, courteous, patient and ensured they had addressed my issues prior to disconnecting from my lap top and closing their case. I also need to learn the different features under Windows 11.

We have had the Geek Squad for many years and the price continues to go up and yet this is a very good bargain. It seems expensive until your computer is not working or working slowly. They have always been friendly and helpful and we will continue with the service. Thanks Geeks.

We have continued to keep our membership for years. So many advantages with this membership. Absolutely worth it.

This membership is a money saver! Instead of having to purchase insurances for your items like phones and cameras it allows you to only pay the membership price and all of your devoces bought with them automatically covered with the membership. In total i have my smasung s25 plus, galaxy watch, two ring cameras, and a battery. Money saver and great perks!

They took very care of me as though I was in a wheelchair. They treated me very respectful and helped me and answered all my questions and help me decide to buy a new tablet which I love. The sales guy Mario was very helpful. He met me get everything I needed for my tablet, and he also helped with me with my phone which needed a new screen protector.

The overall experience would have been five stars if the sales rep had not misspelled my name on the account. It shows as Rod and my name is Rob. In any case Molly from the Geek Squad was excellent and deserves a five for her efforts and explanation of the new desktop. If you could change my name to Rob Svendsen that would be great!
