I love my Best Buy membership as it has saved me a lot of money. It extended a warranty on a tv and the tv went out on the last day of warranty but because I had the membership they replaced my 2 year old tv for nothing. Can’t beat that!

I really appreciate this membership. The Geek Squad has helped me navigate transferring data from old to new computer, they have helped me troubleshoot, and are always available to help!

The exclusive member pricing alone helps me save a lot, and the included Geek Squad support has been a lifesaver for quick fixes and tech questions. I also love that my purchases are automatically protected, so I never have to worry about damage or issues down the road. Excellent value and service all around!

So far I haven't had to use the protection but worth it. One of my previous sets went out a month after our warrantee and was almost cheaper to buy a new one than them fix the other set.

I’m a member in Best Buy and also a member Greek squad I have my gaming lots of fix and the process was pretty quick before the due date so that’s pretty awesome I’ve been going to Best Buy for a while. Don’t remember, but it’s the best place to buy anything that you like. Good discounts. Also good employees they do a great job what they do five stars for me.

What really makes it special is the peace of mind. The extended returns and extra protection options make me feel confident whenever I buy something, whether it’s a big purchase like a laptop or something small for the house. The customer service has always treated me with care, and I truly feel appreciated as a member.

This membership is great! I really like that includes Apple care and warranties. It’s well worth the value and I absolutely recommend it!

Thank goodness I have not had to use it yet, but receiving the discounts beforehand and getting the extra options with the plan helps immensely. I just renewed it and will keep on renewing it as long as I buy as much stuff as I do from Best Buy.

Lifesaver of an Insurance Program! So many benefits that when I bought my laptop and dual dash cam and had both setup & installed, membership nearly paid for itself for first year. Definitely worth a look and serious consideration.

I have been a Best Buy total Tec Support client for about a decade. So has my wife. This allows us to regularly get our laptops serviced while at home by Geek Squad agents. They always do a great job. We are quite happy and recommend it to others.

The Geek Squad is very thorough and helpful. People at front door are polite and friendly. Cashiers need work to engage with person in front of them not coworkers that’s for later. Very clean and nice store. God bless you all!

The best value is the warranty on everything you buy. Game systems are always having problems especially when kids have them in their hands

This has been very useful. I am tech savvy, but I don't have room for all of the tools I used to have. These guys have taken care of all of our systems and they have done a really good job. I like having this available to me.

The value you receive with this plan is unparalleled in the retail market these days. I have used it and it was a breeze. I do not know why anyone would buy something expensive at Best Buy and not get this add on.

The best part of Best Buy! All my items are covered and I have access to Geeksquad to fix my computer if something happens. I love that you can also get free trainings with Geeksquad all for $200 bucks can’t beat it
