Love this membership it’s great to have automatic warranty on everything we buy and the geek squad is super helpful worth every penny

The membership holds some value but it was explained that we would need this to cover the cost of the repair for the unit purchased less than a year ago. The additional costs were not covered and that was frustrating. Not sure we will use this the rest of the year.

We love Best Buy app. Easy to use and shopping is great you can get any sales item and just drive there for pick up or curbside. It doesn’t get any easier. We have the protection plan too and it’s awesome covers a lot of fixes on products. Best Buy our favorite store!

This membership is a real value, without this device it would be difficult to understand why my device breaks down regularly or freezes frequently.

I like the My Best Buy Total but wish there was a lower price for Senior Citizen on a set income. In Addition I purchase a Security Outside home Camera at a great discount price but the cost to install the light is over 100.00 dollars.

If you are a senior and not able to keep up with all the technology updates this is a must.

The support I get is some of the best service I have ever had . All the staff I have had help made sure I had everything I needed and showed me where I was going wrong on how I was using the computer and showed me the right way.

The free shipping, exclusive member pricing, and extended return windows already made it a good deal. But what really stood out to me was the early access to deals — I used it when buying my Dell desktop and saved money right away. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, the membership basically pays for itself. I also like knowing I can get help faster with Geek Squad if I ever need it. Highly recommend the membership if you’re buying electronics or big-ticket items — especially computers or TVs.

Having trouble with a PC restart, I made an appointment with Geek Squad. I had worked on it for hours, and the Tech fixed it in, seriously, seconds. Since we have computers, phones and TVs, it was a no-brainer to go Total. When we purchased a TV, after our old one died, we bought one from Best Buy, at a very nice discount, and it was delivered in 2 days to our house, and brought in to where it would be installed. I also brought my phone in because it was being jammed up by Gemini, and the Tech fixed that in minutes. "Best buy" we have made in years!

This membership helped me take care of a number of computer issues for quite a bit less than if I had had to pay for the individual services and it gives me the peace of mind I need in case I have other issues. I have to take care of the family devices, so having this service is a big deal.

I would always recommend this membership for all big purchases done at Best Buy. yearly membership is definitely worth it. lots of perks

I like the ease of contacting Best Buy and letting them handle the logistics and answer all my questions. Free delivery and installation is also a huge plus. If I need a repair they handle the appointment setting and the cost is covered! Easy and way less stressful than having to do it all myself.
