Outstanding in-store (Salem, NH) Geek Squad/Customer Service. Ray took the time to understand my needs ad made several suggestions on possible options. I was positively impressed with his knowledge and description of my options. Ray also waited on me more recently on another technical matter (also at the Salem, NH store) and once again he took the time to listen and suggest possible actions. Outstanding effort on his part. Most Highly Recommend Ray !

The membership has real value for me. I’m not very tech-savvy, and the Geek Squad support has been extremely helpful and patient every time I’ve needed assistance. It’s made a big difference, and I’m very glad I signed up.

Didn't want to spend this much on this but I have learned the hard way what happens when you aren't protected! Haven't had to use it on my new purchases yet and hope I don't! But I can relax and know if something goes wrong I am protected!

Unlimited Geek Squad on all items purchased during membership. Longer return windows are very helpful, especially when driving long distances to go into store. Very useful if you purchase a lot of items. Very expensive.

I am very pleased with the membership because when I have a problem the geek squad is there to help me with it. They have been extremely patient with me because I am technically challenge and have nobody to help me because I live alone.

Geek Squad associates are outstanding. So many services (delivery/installation/computer support) are excellent.

I am not a technical person. When my computer has issues, Icaneasily get connected with technical support. They have the expertise to do what is needed.

Great value. It's so nice to have this tech support. The tech support staff is very helpful and courteous and I've never had to wait long to get help.

Is very useful to be a member it make it easier to schedule repairs plus other benefits that the membership can give you line free repairs and maintenance in some of the cases.

Definitely worth the pay cent by cent any claim or issue they fix it or exchange right away this is the best you can add to your electronics and what ever you buy from bestbuy , this is my 3rd year thag i purchased and believe me i will keep buying this every year

Haven't used any members prices yet but great to know they are available. Most important, knowing the technical staff is available to help me is extremely important.
