Had a virus issue with my Samsung laptop. Geek Squad was very helpful in getting me the support I needed in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and polite. My only complaint is that the GS can't tune-up my Samsung Note10 smartphone that I bought from Best Buy b/c they don't have a contract with Samsung for the parts??

I have only used the membership once so far, but i was satisfied with yhe service i received. They were faster than i expected and were very professional.

i was already planning on buying a warranty when my former laptop quit working because that one had so many problems within weeks of buying it, and the best buy total membership was cheaper than the one year warranty (i was buying two things) and came with a bunch of other perks

Despite an overwhelming number of customers, they give you full attention when your turn finally comes. Services are expensive but land on "worth it" side by the end of a year.

I have always appreciated the benefits of my membership. Over the years with the expert service for my televisions, computers and all other electronics and appliances in Miami, San Jose, and now Waynesville NC. My most recent purchase of a washer and dryer delivery had the service people wearing shoe coverings and checking that everything worked and stayed to explain all the features and how to use them with my new appliances.

The BestBuy Total membership is great. It gives me peace of mind for all the electronics I get from BestBuy. Highly recommend.

I purchased my laptop and received excellent customer service from the geek squad. They were very attentive to my needs and helped with all my questions. Definitely would recommend friends and family.

One of the best decisions my wife is happy with. Ha ha. This Total membership plan is a steal and has awesome perks. I am a card holder and Total Plus Member. These electronics will fail and its safe to have a warranty that will replace your product with a new one. Im happy with the decision I made. My electronics and T.V.'s are protected. Especially when you have little ones whonlike to throw things..

The cost of membership pays for itself with just one computer electronics issue, that can show up at any time! Highly recommended!

To me the membership protection plan is worth every penny. We have used it often and just knowing that Geek Squad is there to help is a huge benefit in purchasing electronics from Best Buy.

I had let my membership go. But my old computer broke down and to get it looked over I really needed to get this service. It cost less than what I needed to have done would have without the membership. I am happy that I have it and they set my new computer up for free and took all the information they could off my old computer.

The Best Buy Total membership is absolutely worth every penny you pay for it. It is very reassuring to know that the Geek Squad is just a call away when I need help and I have called them. I've had this membership since buying a Dell desktop computer in 2014! SOooooooo valuable!

I have yet to have to use my geek squad membership. The quality of products from Best Buy are truly top notch. Knowing I have support if and when I need it are invaluable to me!

The membership is good if you buy something that would need protection, as you will receive 24 months protection with your Membership if you stay a member for the entire 24 months. However, some of the better benefits are no longer offered (free delivery, free installation and free haul away), which is not great. Geek Squad benefits are good.

This membership has been one of the single most profitable investments I've made in my adult life, i was able to buy multiple pcs a stove and several other things all covered in a warranty and the easiest one I've ever had to cash in.

I didn't realize how much this support would make the difference. And the price for an annual membership was worth every penny. I am technologically limited, and having the geek squad right when I need them most has saved me a whole lot of headache. This is by far, my smartest purchase to date in 2025.

My computer crashed and I needed to get my files from it, at a minimum. The Squad thought they could get the computer working again (in addition to getting the files), which they did! And they did it in WAY less time than was estimated.

The membership is totally worth it. If you have gaming devices purchased and kids that depend on their devices to work. It has been a great value to our family. I would recommend the membership to anyone that has kids on gaming devices.
