I have been able to use my membership to save big time money. I ended up with some viruses which were really causing lots of issues. I tried to fix this on my own and really messed up my computer even more. I thought I had lost some valuable documents but Best Buy came to my rescue and restored my computer completely and it even worked faster than before. **Lesson Learned--Don't waste all your time.
