It’s been a great benefit that was offered by Best Buy, love the access to Geek Squad & early offers on some of the best electronics

We have been Geek Squad members for many years. We look at as investment in our devices and ourselves. We have always been happy with the service we have gotten from the Best Buy team members. They are always professional and friendly.

The way it’s done now makes it easy just to buy things in store and know that it’s already covered. Product easy to find in the system and since I only buy my electronics here, once something is needing attention I make an appointment or just swing in and it’s done.

Well worth the investment if you shop at best buy. Ive been a member for years off and on. The only downfall is the membership used to offer tv mounting free with purchase from best buy but apparently consumers wrongly took advantage of this benefit. I hope best buy reinstates this benefit if you have proof of purchase

I am not very tech savvy, so it is a great relief to call the Best Buy Total Geek Squad to assist with my tech. You also get perks on purchases & and warranty with product for 2 years. I have been a Total member since 2018 & they have helped me out a lot.

I had several issues with my laptop the first year that bought a total tech subscription. I had to go in the a physical store location several times to have Geek Squad solve the problems they were so helpful each time and so I renewed my subscription the following year for peace of mind, even though I haven't had an issues. One time I had an on-going issue with connecting to any Wi-Fi source and someone from the total tech team was able to restore the issue remotely. I didn't even have to go into the store. They were very professional and resolved all my tech issues.

My Best Buy Total membership was well worth the money. Geek Squad is great at solving computer issues and helping someone like me that is computer illiterate.

Really working well. Weve purchased a dishwasher, mictowave, ipad and refrigerator. All seemless. It even included a no cost exchange of a new frig. Amazing. Recommend highly.

This gives me first hand service and reliability. I appreciate being able to talk to someone who explains thing to me.

The membership was an added value. With the great assistance from Geek Squad syncing up my iPad and new laptop. He was very helpful and explained everything that was done.

We debated at first purchasing this but when we thought about it and all the stuff that could happen when you have kids in college and using devises that they will need for the next couple of years it pays off just in case something happens

I enjoy having Best Buy total membership I have had to use the insurance on some items and received great service in being able to replace the items. 200 dollars seems like a lot but can be beneficial in the long run. including the head start on Best Buy deals and credit card offers. I have personally recommended my friends and family to sign up if they do or plan to shop at Best Buy.

The membership is a great value. I have the warranty where they will repair or replace certain items. The cost is not that bad because it’s spread out over a few months. That makes it very reasonable and affordable,

disappointed with Geek Squad. Had an inhome appointment scheduled . did not show. had to reschedule. waited for 5 hours before inwas told the tech called in sick
