We debated at first purchasing this but when we thought about it and all the stuff that could happen when you have kids in college and using devises that they will need for the next couple of years it pays off just in case something happens

We have had this membership plan in the past. It is such a peace of mind, knowing that if something goes wrong Best Buy will be there to help. It is worth every penny.

The membership is a great value. I have the warranty where they will repair or replace certain items. The cost is not that bad because it’s spread out over a few months. That makes it very reasonable and affordable,

disappointed with Geek Squad. Had an inhome appointment scheduled . did not show. had to reschedule. waited for 5 hours before inwas told the tech called in sick

Love my membership it's a great investment if you buy alotbof products from best buy and the geek squad is awesome as well, especially when it comes to electronics.Your computer laptop , they get you , they get you right

I had geek squad transfer all of my information from my old to new computer and it was a seamless process. The person helping me was very knowledgeable and did a great job!

Geek Squad is very helpful. It's great to have tech support 24/7. It is good to have the entire family on the program. Some remote agents have difficulty with language.

I’m a big fan of the Total Membership. I have experienced a failure of headphones and a Blu Ray player. All of which were replaced promptly. Also I bought some higher end audio and tv equipment and with that their installation services. I would rate that top notch and very helpful with follow up calls and visits.

Works well when needed have used a few times. Battery installed and help with new tablet also used to transfer data from old laptop to new laptop purchased here

Took in my laptop for a checkup since it was running slow & had some malware. Geek Squad discovered a bad hard drive, replaced it with new one they had in stock. Laptop now loads faster than when it was new and got rid of a lot of bloatware. Thanks U-Guys.

This membership is a great value. I have yet to use it for electronics repairs but if I have an emergency hopefully the membership will cover the problem.

I am very pleased with this membership. After losing my partner suddenly who was brilliant at technology along with many other attributes, I was lost. Someone mentioned trying out Geek Squad and to date I've always been very pleased with any and all my technical needs.

My husband bought this to cover laptop diagnostics test and geek squad help removing unwanted intrusion loaded into our computers. Geek squad was honest, professional and very efficient. Well worth the money.

We have had this membership for several years and it has always paid for itself every year in terms of Geek Squad services for our several devices. Plus it is always good to know that Geek Squad are only a call away and are always helpful and professional.

I have had to have 2 older laptops backed up to portable hard drives. I have had to send out a 4 year old damaged computer and an old insertable hard drive to see if any data could be captured. I had to pay for the shipping to & from. I was able to recycle a much older laptop at the Best Buy store. I still have to ask about recycling the damaged laptop. I would have been given a discount if I went ahead with recovery and repair of my damage computer, but instead bought a new computer. I received some discount when buying a new laptop and another portable hard drive. I have also received answers to several questions about my computers and what could be done or not done. So, in the past month I have received a great deal of value with the Total Protection Package which I only used maybe once a year several years ago.

A Best Buy Total Tech Member has real security. No worries about anything that I have purchased from Best Buy. And the associates really show great respect for Total Tech Members. I feel as though I am part of the family!

The membership had been great to have. I have been able to get replacements for a couple of items that have quite working and it was nice to not have to worry about having to repurchase things.
