The biggest negative for this membership in my opinion is that they removed the perk dor free installations, so no more free installations on car electronics, home electronics, or appliances. However depening on how much spend per year at Best Buy the amount of warranties, points banking, discounts, and free shipping pays for itself pretty fast.

Product seems to work well for what I am doing with my computer. Shows me if there is an issue with sites and that is very helpful

Didnt get the product i bought. Fed ex messed up and i never got my laptop. Best buy was quick to give me a refund and help me out.

My PC was having issues over the span of months thst were difficult to consistently replicate. Taking it in for service over and over can become expensive. This service can be great for the right scenario. I canceled after the year due to a new PC purchase, so you're going to have to gauge how often you plan to be at Geek Squad in order to determine if this is a value or not for you.

We were in desperate need of replacing our HP Chromebook due to battery "swelling". Winter was able to help us get everything set up on our new Acer Chromebook. The entire experience was handled professionally and seamlessly. Thanks for the assistance.

A no brainer for folks who are in an apple eco system. One price and my devices I buy are covered with AppleCare. Wallet deals are okay. Not something I jump at everyday but reasonable.

I purchased the Total Membership because I had several large purchases, and paying for individual protection plans for each would have cost more than the membership fee. However, to my surprise, I've received far more than just device protection! I successfully exchanged my TV twice with almost no hassle, finally getting the one I wanted. I also received a $200 price match thanks to the extended price match period included with the membership. I definitely recommend it!

This membership is the best bang for buck! I purchased three Apple I pads for my children the yearly member ship came with Apple care which ended up being cheaper then getting Apple care through Apple.

Super good I use geek squad with fixing my computer with the membership I can go in as many times as I need to. I also had troubles with my computer at first so buying the membership really did save me money I actually ended up saving around $200 on fees and appointments

WE HAVE ALWAYS APPRECIATED BEING ABLE TO BRING OUR COMPUTER IN TO BB SHOULD WE ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM. IF YOU CAN NOT BRING IT IN, YOU CAN ALWAYS ALLOW THEM TO DIAL IN TO YOUR COMPUTER AND WORK ON IT. GREAT SERVICE

Honestly, this membership is well worth keeping every year. It covers and all electronics. I had my daughter's laptop cleaned and fixed in Jersey with this membership and I live in New York, so yes, it can be used anyplace.

We bought it because we bought a store model laptop. We didn't end up needing to make any claims, so we didn't see the need to extend due to cost.

This membership is a great way to go. I would recommend it to anyone who hasn’t got a lot of experience with technology. I like knowing that if I have questions or concerns about my laptop, they will be there for me. The in store experience was great too!

Love the Geek Squad protection! I received all the help I needed to make my new purchase complete. The new computer has all my old data and Apple Library just the way I want it!

If you don’t have an annual membership with these awesome techs, when your PC takes a dive you’ll wish you had spent a little to gain a lot of peace of mind not to mention sit back and watch them in action . They are good at what they do .

The membership has paid for itself with recent purchases and visits to geek squad! Well worth the price if you purchase lots of electronics.
