The only reason why I didn’t give a five star rating was that it was impossible to contact the geek squad through an AI telephone system that is obnoxious and actually insulting. There are many times when it’s necessary to not spend three hours trying to discuss something with the repairman. The Geek Squad deserves a five stars rating.

Awesome opportunity, if you need a repair for any ov your devices, having what is essentially a flat cost no matter the repair is awesome.

The gentleman in the Brick store was very knowledgeable about the membership and what he was doing to repair my pc. He explained what he was doing and why he had to do it to get my problem solved. I made multiple calls to determine if my desktop could support Window 11. The technician was very patient and explained the specs and how many components would need to be replaced. When I purchased a new computer, my files and contacts and apps and icons were transferred from the old computer without additional charges.

The Best Buy total membership is one of the Best Purchases on the market today, bar none. Help and support are available by knowledgeable employees 24/7, so there is no need to panic. No waiting for stores to open or ‘the specialist in that area’ to return, etc. Drop off is a good service, also. Appointments are nice as well - saving time and gasoline. These I refer to as one-and-done. When a trip to the store is necessary, it is a pleasant experience because there is a nice atmosphere, employees are smiling and and welcoming, and have a willingness to be helpful, rather than just standing around like some stores offer.
