The Membership is good, but the agent was rude when I picked up my computer. I did not remember the color of my computer, and it took them a long time to find it. And when I want to make sure it work. he said my 20 minutes were up. This was the 2nd time that I brought in the computer, and the 1st time they told me it was good, but it was not. I am in a customer service business and would never treat a customer loke that/

My laptop is nearly 4 years old; this is the best insurance policy I could have. Technicians have replaced my battery once and were able to diagnose another issue as well.
