They offered me multiple solutions to my issue and were able to set me up with the correct parts and fix my laptop in a timely fashion overall great experience in great customer service.

I got so much value from my total tech membership. I got a car alarm, amplifier, radio and speakers installed in one car, had an issue with a computer and had geek squad reformat and fix a a computer, took another car in for speaker upgrades, and at least 2-3 other great value things. was totally worth it for me. not sure I'll keep it for a second year as I got it because of the car install stuff. that's where i found the most value.
