I'm not much for telling friends or neighbors, "you need to join this." But i will suggest to them, to take a look. For the cost of joining My Best Buy Total™ membership, I think it's a fantastic deal.

I would recommend this for anyone who needs help troubleshooting any computer problem. I have used this service multiple times for printer issues and computer issues. Thanks to the help I received my computer was cleared of potential scammers getting access to my personal data. This is the best value I could have purchased for computer issues.

We have used this service so many times that it really pays off. My son has a lot of electronics and 15 year old boys are not easy on any electronics. The services provided with this are perfect for my family and I.

I got so much value from my total tech membership. I got a car alarm, amplifier, radio and speakers installed in one car, had an issue with a computer and had geek squad reformat and fix a a computer, took another car in for speaker upgrades, and at least 2-3 other great value things. was totally worth it for me. not sure I'll keep it for a second year as I got it because of the car install stuff. that's where i found the most value.

Worth it for the coverage and peace mind, not to mention the members only deals!

This membership is well worth it! The geek squad is very knowledgeable and always pleasant to work with.

Have not had to use it so far, (hopefully won't have to) but knowing that ALL my equipment bought at best buy is covered is a really nice relief to not have to worry about.

This membership is a great value when purchase from Bestbuy. Automatic coverage as long as you keep plan active.

It is good because it covers a lot of things and it does save you money when buying a big purchase and having to get protection on it

Totally worth having but it covered me when i needed it too i dont always use it but best buy always cover me and helps me out with things i may not understand.

I could never again be without Totaltech. Someone like me who barely stumbles around with technology, yet cannot live without it needs Totaltech. To be honest, I haven't had to have their help ALL that much, but the peace of mind it gives me is worth EVERY PENNY !!! They are NICE and helpful and will answer the simplest questions right down to help with my mp3 (which I still can't use good, but I know who to call.) I've been hacked more than once and they have fixed the problem, saving me a LOT of money by the scammer. Thank you, Totaltech!
