The membership really helps me with my shopping and what great job did the employee jacob do to help

It was very valuable for my particular kind of repair, with a device with many parts. I do feel like this is good for people that either arent tech savy at all or have repairs on a device with a lot of parts like a PC.

I’ve had the Totaltech membership for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer. The free 24/7 tech support and extended warranty on most purchases give me real peace of mind. I recently bought a MacBook and had a few questions — their support team was super helpful and patient. Also, getting free delivery and installation on certain items is a big plus. If you shop at Best Buy often or buy electronics regularly, I think it’s totally worth it. It’s like having tech experts on call whenever you need them!

Definitely worth the price, especially since the price of RAM just got insane.

Saved money the first day and everything was back up and running the same day.

It's pretty good. I got more bank from my buck since I've been having many different issues with my pc, and each visit check up is usually $90, but with it, it's only 190 total. I've done over 5 visits and I saved myself so much money from it.

I generally shy away from membership plans but am glad that I chose this option. I had the Geek Squad Team setup the new PC and truly enjoyed not being stressed with the details.

Definitely appreciate the membership. Great perks and definitely comes in handy during the holiday season.

This is my second year and since I bought a laptop through Best Buy, it made sense with the protection plan and Geek Squad features to continue my membership. Can't beat the price or service!

I am always skeptical of extended warranties and special extended service programs, but we purchased this one and it paid off. We added Total Tech when we purchased a new dishwasher. It meant we could get the installation for free essentially and have the benefits of Total Tech for the next year. Best Buy stopped selling physical media, so the free shipping benefit was negated after some months of signing up, but it paid off when we had a problem with our old refrigerator, which we did not purchase under the program, nor did we purchase it at Best Buy. Still, we were able to file a service ticket and the tech was local and amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to have in our home. He took care of the issue and we were thrilled. We did not need a new refrigerator and it cost us nothing out of pocket for the service under Total Tech. Now, I do recommend it, but I see Best Buy changed what is covered once again. I wish they would keep a good thing going. It's difficult to recommend something or even keep your membership with it when you have to always review what has changed, espeically when it's more likely that you lose benefits over time rather than gain some nowadays. Oh, well.

The Geek Squad was over the top informative, helpful, polite, Incredible! If I could give them 10 Stars I would. We are grateful in so many ways. Thank you so much. We highly recommend them to everyone.

I thought it was worth the money. I was able to get Windows 11 on my new unit and Geek Squad installed it for me!
