Worth every penny. Could not solve an issue that brought my old laptop to a halt. All my hardrive memory was used up but could not figure what was causing that. It forced me to buy thiss new laptop and the rep recommending buying the Total Membership. Well I bought it in and within 10 min the Geek Squard found the issue and restored 100 gig of memory. I can use my old laptop now.

Membership is great. I have already used it. They keep everything on file with your phone number so you don't have to keep up with anything.

Worth the yearly fee when u have problems. Tech fixed issue after I called HP first & not Best Buy. Got scammed & had to change my bank accounts too. Thank you for the knowlege to fix any issue with printer & laptop. Once again, Best Buy has the Best service.

Membership is well worth having! I buy all of our family products such as phones, iPads, tablets, tv’s etc. from Best Buy. I never have to worry about any of our products because Geek Squad has our back.

I started out by having a recaltricant PC serviced--this alone paid for the membership!

The value of having this service and protection are very much worth it. Having a place to take my problems is a great relief.
