All staff was great with the Geek department! I brought in my computer after a phishing scam. They kep it 3-4 days to perform a complete and total process of removing harmful data from my computer. When I called to check on it, I always got someone on the line that was very helpful.

I would definitely recommend this protection plan to everyone that has any type of electronics. It covers everything on the items purchased within the account that was used on the purchase. Everything is covered I love it!

I have had a membership with Best Buy for quite a few years now and I don’t know what I’d ever do without it! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to call the Geek squad so that they could help me with problems I was having and they’re always so helpful! They’ve helped me hook up a couple of my printers over the years which I would never be able to do on my own, helped me when my computer was hacked, helped me with my iPads and iPhones when I couldn’t get them to sync, ran diagnostics on my computer whenever I had problems, cleared cache and cookies because I didn’t know how to do it but they walked me through it so I could do it myself if I wanted to and just so many more things that just make it so worthwhile in having a membership with them! I remember when they first asked me years ago if I wanted to sign up for the Best Buy yearly total Tech Benefits and I was like, No thank you, it’s too expensive, and then when I had problems and didn’t know what I was doing, I decided to try the membership and it’s the best thing ever did! I would definitely recommend the total tech membership with Best Buy!

The Total membership is the only way to go if you have multiple devices. The Geek squad work is first class and the technical service is hassle free. A real value for the services rendered.
